5/1/17 is the number 9. People think that spiritual enlightenment is about some sort of experience where you shift your perception and nothing is ever a problem again. I believe that in life we have many moments (some big and some smaller) that wake us out of a dream and that awakening is so profound that of some intrinsic level we are never the same and no matter how much we try we cannot go back into our old box of beliefs and perceptions, therefore we are forever changed. Problems may still arise because that is the nature of life but our response to them is altered in such a profound way that we know we are different. That is the nature of this number. That is the nature of this energy that is the number 9. It is through discernment that is learned and leaned into that we shift out of old places that limit us and find a new place of peace and understanding. There are so many moments that this can happen but take today and do something to remember this moment and allow it to rewire your brain in such a way that you are shifted permanently.
The Moon once again spends the full day in Cancer. Feelings of belonging and safety are prime motivators under this influence. You can be self-protective and defensive, as well as protective and nurturing of others. 4/30/17 is the number 8. Abundance happens when you let go and trust the spiritual laws that rule all of us to a greater and lesser degree. Each person has a position to play in the dance of your life that will help you awaken by triggering you into the places that you have been unwilling to go and unwilling to heal. Those that love us the most will take the position of the perpetrator of the action that causes us to fall into our suffering in order to serve our awakening. In doing so they risk taking on more karma, hence the dance of life that keeps rotation around drawing us back into the density and chaos. So, love those that trigger you into the pain that you are already holding inside. See the love they hold beyond their beliefs and projected egoic, human, self. Know that inside each person is here to be love and to discover that the power of love has the potential to heal sorrow, pain, and suffering.
The Moon continues its transit of Cancer all day today and tomorrow. You want to feel once again like you belong and feel safe, and your home and family matters may come into sharp focus. With the Sun and Moon's harmonious aspect today, the desire for comfort or security is prominent now. This is a better time for going over the past than for making solid plans for the future. Healing is an interesting process. It is not about “others” but about you and your own choices that activate the healing process. It is called a “healing crisis” for a reason. That reason is that others cannot heal you. It is only when you recognize that you are miserable in the place and energy that you have created and are finally fed up with your own attachment that is creating the patterns of separation that you will move. Because you cannot depend on getting what you want to feel better. In fact, growth comes from not getting what you want and then needing to do something else. Life is not here to give you the projection of your desires but to show you the limitation of those desires and expand you out of your “safe” zone and into real life.

4/29/17 is the number 7. This number is ruled by Saturn and as such it reminds us that struggle is one of the ways that we learn some deep and powerful lessons that become integrated on a core level and move with us through time and space. Struggle allows us to have discernment which leads to understanding in a new way and the ability to become objective rather than reactive. We live in reactive times and learning to know who you are in the face of great opposition and times where there are those who do not have your best interest at heart is what is up at this time. Only when you completely know yourself and know where the line is for you personally can you be of any help in the external world. Otherwise you are just a sheep following mindlessly along with the herd. This number is a number that does not conform. It finds its own structure and method of moving through life. And it does so with dignity and a deep philosophical understanding of the laws of nature and the universe. Only from a place of moral contemplation can you find the endurance and strength to understand your position in the field and then act on that with dignity and honesty.

There was a little girl who could see the darkness coming.
She was a seer and saw the swirls of blackness as they began blocking the light in slow ways that many chose not to notice.
She pointed her fingers upwards but so many could not see what she was speaking about.
She tried to explain again and again but those that were older and more jaded said that she was just making things up.
Yet, she did not give up.
She continued to point and try to explain in a variety of ways.
But humanity could not see the darkness in the same way she did.
That was because they held so much of their own inside.
Inside their soul it was already dark so as they looked out their eyes they could not discern a difference.
As the darkness continued to invade and consume those with so much darkness she found that others like her were moving closer and closer together. Creating a bubble of light that was strong enough to block the darkness from invading them.
All those who had owned their own darkness could see what was happening but those that had not done the inner work could not see what was happening and did not response in the appropriately alarmed way because they too were controlled and being used as a tool for the darkness though they did not know it or see it.
Those with the light created islands of safety and love and when someone woke up they were welcomed into the light.
And those that had been consumed by the darkness, their light was often brighter and stronger at the beginning as the love took over the inner hatred and judgment.
And they were stronger and could go out into the darkness and rescue those on the edge between light and shadow.
Let yourself be the island of light.
Find those who also share that same or similar light.
Band together and become the beacon of a possibility in a difficult and trying time.
