Wabi Sabi - Art, Gentleness, and Love

Quote:
Our Souls find gentle ways to communicate with us through feelings, intuition, dreams and symbols, and it is up to us to pay attention and catch the messages when they come.

Communicating from the place of acceptance of our own flaws and quirks allows us to see the flaws and quirks in others. But when we can see our own and love our own unique matrix only then can we learn to accept and love others and see them as divinely perfect regardless of appearances or prejudices. Today see if you can catch the beauty and brilliance of the unusual. Look for the odd and the thing that does not fit in. That is where the real beauty lies. None of us are livestock breed for certain qualities and characteristics. We are born of love, chaos, duty, intensity, power, opportunity, and passion. We are not designed to look or act alike. We are designed to be a flawed compilation of genes. Designed to explore the limitless possibilities of human creative expression, intelligence, physical strength, and discernment. I remember being a child in Texas and our house was along a creek. In the summer the fireflies came out in abundance. We would spend hours catching them in mayonnaise jars and looking at them in the darkness. It was magic. They were mesmerizing. Then you began to notice that there were many green ones, fewer blue ones, yellow ones, orange ones, and red ones. But the hardest to find were the purple ones. We began separating them and putting the different colors together. Just to make sure we knew for sure and yes, over and over again there were only a few of those purple (special) ones.
It is the differences that make us unique. It is the oddity that becomes striking in nature. We always are attracted to the thing that is hard to find or acquire. So why would you hide your unique quality from the world? Why would you try to look like another or sound like another? Many years ago, an agent in Hollywood, wanted to (and I quote), “Make me into another Marianne Williamson”. I was horrified! And I adore Marianne Williamson. She is a brilliant woman and a huge gift to the planet. But I knew that I wanted to be me. I did not want to be a copy of someone else. My entire being screamed at this agent that I could only be what I was intended to be. I would not waste my life trying to be someone or something else. That would be a waste of a precious gift that is this life. Do not waste this life. Do not waste this unique gift that is your special reflection of the divine. Allow it out, cultivate it, let it grow, and discover how much it has to show you. Let that voice out that has something different to say. You are precious. Breathe that in and shine boldly and brightly.

INTUITIVE PATTERNS FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2014

Summer is arriving and the warmth of the returning light is allowing us to find a new rhythm and pattern. As the Cardinal Cross continues to separate it is allowing us to feel more unified and balanced within our own energy. That is a huge relief for everyone. Joy and laughter continues to expand. Fear is being replaced with wisdom and truthful awareness.
At this point you know where you are stuck and you know that you are in a healing process and that it will take time. But that is okay because before you did not understand what was wrong or what you were doing that kept creating the loop in your reality that was causing stress. April broke things apart. May gave you insight and clarity and June gives you an understanding of what actions need to be taken and in what order.
You are also much more realistic now. The fantasy is gone. That got blown up in April and now you are clearly in this reality. That is helpful because fantasies do not ever completely come true anyway so now you are looking at what you want and what is possible for where you are at in this place and time.
Sometimes to get to a dream you can’t look too far ahead or you miss steps and trip yourself up. At the moment, you are feeling like just taking one step at a time. Honestly you are too exhausted to make huge leaps at this moment and the idea of just putting one foot in front of the other is not only comforting but doable.
It is as if you finally realize the magnitude of the journey and to rush would be a really bad idea because you will run out of energy and not be able to finish the race. Pacing yourself is critical right now. Imagine that you are climbing up the north side of the Grand Canyon. I pick that side because it is longer and steeper than the south side. It does not take a genius to know that attempting to run up that is really not possible for the majority of the population. (I know that there are a few of you that could but you are exceptional.) Instead you have to find your own personal rhythm and then stick to it. Each person’s rhythm is different. To try to match another person will also burn energy that you need for the long journey. You can make it to the top but it is just going to take as long as it is going to take and that is perfect for you.
It does not matter if you are the first one to the goal. It only matters that you get there. Just as in marathons, everyone that crosses the line is applauded and congratulated. That type of race is a personal journey with your internal self. So is this one. It is not about competing with others but it is about digging deep and finding something else inside.
I know you are still afraid. I know that you are still concerned about the money and longevity of this endeavor. I also know that if you do not learn to have fun and stop to enjoy the view, this is going to be a miserable journey.
This is your Grand Canyon.

You are on the path and you are climbing up. You are aware that this is more difficult than your projected fantasy so that has gone out the window. Yea! Now we can get into this moment. If you need to stop, drink some water, and rest, then listen to your body. What your mind and what your body wants are the same. You are finally in alignment with that. But it is your body you have to listen to now. You have to find the slow, consistent, rhythm that your body can handle over long distances. Your mind had been pushing and shoving until your body finally said “Enough”. You now know that you have to pay attention to more than just your dreams. You have to listen to your life force energy and move with it. If you break your body down you will never get your dream. But right now, your body wants what your spirit wants. All you have to do is to learn to find the rhythm between these two sides and you will succeed.
