Intuitive Patterns for the Month of August 2012

Here we are at the hottest time of the year and I find it interesting that we are still dealing with the dance between light and dark. Perhaps it is a trend that is our life right now. The dualities of the world are pulling us all around and it makes us feel as if we do not know where we are standing. The external conflicts that we see at this time are mirroring the internal situations we are feeling.

And yet, there is an indication of change in the air. Force is moving you into flow. The resentments of the past have finally given way and something new is emerging.

The things you want to create and do are calling you back into the light of life. After all there is no point fighting against the challenges of life or trying to avoid or deny them. Life is just life. Life will always create one more thing to learn or deal with.
 

Just like a plant that wants to grow it has to break out of its shell, then push into the ground regardless of the barriers it encounters. It has to weather the wind, rain, cold, and heat. The seed does not know it will become the flower. Neither do you know what you are becoming. That is the way of things in life. Life offers no guarantees of success. When you decide to sprout there are many hazards you will encounter and face. It is one of the reasons we often want to stay the seed.
 

As a seed you have the potential and you can live in the possibility. As the seed you are secure and hidden away from the harsh reality that is life. But we all want to be more than just the potential of the flower. To be the flower we have to drop all our hardness and rigidity. We have to give up the security of living in the dream and awaken to the fight that is life.

Globally we are all sprouting together. It is like a Renaissance of creative potential awakening in a flurry of expansion and change. Hopefully we are supporting each other in that rapid growth. As the seed we are hard and protected. Right now we are sprouting and we feel soft and vulnerable. It is that that softness that will allow us to creep into the cracks and crevasses of the rocks and restrictions in our world right now. Together we move towards an unknown future. Together we are reaching for the light and the life that is ours. The dream has possessed us to the point that the seed within us is moving. It is an arduous path and much courage will be needed but together there is a greater chance of success.

We are in the time of the sun. We are in the yellow light of the third chakra. This is where the abundance of love is designed to overflow with compassion and the need to share. Later we will get to the 4^th chakra. That is where we share the love with others but right now it is about allowing the energy within us to overflow the banks of our mind and become the explosion of love and joy, blissfulness and benediction. Then we can feel the freedom and the natural effortlessness that is our infinite self emerging.

Minds love to see and experience boundaries. We will create them even when they are not there. But existence cannot have a boundary because beyond what we can perceive is always another level or reality.
 

This is why we cannot live in complacency. Challenge yourself to not become content easily. When you choose to be content with what your mind sees as a boundary then you will remain small. Your life will be small, your joys will be small, your ecstasies will be small, and your experience of yourself will be small.

Why limit yourself that way? There is no need.

Your minds limits place impositions upon your freedom and your unlimited potential. My mother used to say, “You can be anything that you want to be and that you can responsibly dream into reality.” The key is that you cannot just dream you have to manifest that dream “responsibly” into the reality. That takes work and time. But what else are you going to do with your life?

So let yourself out of the cage of your mind. Laugh at the limitations that your mind attempts to impose. We can change the reality in which we find ourselves. It may be difficult but remember to be a soft root sprouting. Softness gets into places that seem difficult to manage. Be gentle with yourself and others. But choose to follow the plan that is your life’s dream and mission. Choose it consciously, responsibly, and with integrity.
