Suzanne’s New Online Scheduling System – Mindbodyonline.com

I am so happy to introduce the new system on my website called, “Mindbody”.

This is a software system that allows clients to make their own appointments online. This is going to simplify so many things in our office. If you cannot get us on the phone immediately, you can just go online as see what appointments are available and make your own. You can also pay online. This allows you to change or cancel any appointment 24-hours in advance without a penalty. If you cancel, your credit card will be automatically refunded.

You can also schedule yourself for any of my workshops online. You can cancel a workshop within three days of the workshop for a full refund.

This system will also automatically send you an email reminding you of your appointment. This will eliminate confusion over appointment dates and times.

You can still call us to make any appointment but we will now be using this system as our total schedule for all clients. Because of this we will have to ask you for your information again, such as: name, address, phone number, and email (so you can get the confirmation of your appointment). So please be patient with us, as it may take a bit more time to schedule you as we get used to the system.

Please note that you need to be responsible for the amount of time you are scheduling. If you schedule an hour, you will be charged for that hour regardless of if you use all that time or not.
