Numerology/Astrology for 10/27/15 - Plus Personal Blog

Numerology/Astrology for 10/27/15
October 27th is the number 9. Completion is in the air with the Moon leaving Aries at 2:08 AM EDT when it enters Taurus. The Moon moves to Full at 8:05 AM. Full Moons always pit opposite signs of the zodiac against each other, but also invite you to work to achieve a balance between the opposing energies. Take a look at the contrast between your earthy, practical, peace-loving Taurus nature and the emotional, transformative, crisis-oriented Scorpio part of yourself. There should be a feeling of coming into full bloom today. The Moon in Taurus encourages you to find emotional fulfillment through the simple, tangible things in life, while the Scorpio Sun draws your attention to complexities, intangibles, and mysteries. The Full Moon illuminates this conflict between form and transformation, and between collecting and sharing. This is a passionate and creative Full Moon, ripe with possibilities and learning experiences. Intimate relationship matters, such as personal comfort levels and values as well as sexuality, figure prominently now. Venus opposes Chiron this morning and forms a quincunx with Uranus tonight. Insecurities can magnify the difficulties, imbalances, or imperfections in your relationships. You might question whether you need more excitement in your relationships (or leisure activities), or whether you need more freedom and space; yet you may not feel confident enough to rock the boat. This is a time for seeing and acknowledging fears that may be holding you back from enjoying yourself and your relationships.

Coming home from the intense humidity and heat of Bali to the cool rain of Northern California is so amazingly refreshing. Whew! I loved visiting Bali and the people were wonderful. What I love about traveling is that we are all the same the world over. So many humans are kind, sweet, wonderful, gentle-spirited, and willing to connect, laugh, and play with others. It is so sad that out in the news we hear all the terrible things and not as often the good things. In Bali we went river rafting. There were too many boats going down the river and it ended up like bumper cars at the state fairs. But what was wonderful about it was that we were all laughing, splashing, bumping, and playing in a watery sandbox together. There was such a selection of people. Japanese, Germans, Chinese, Americans, Australians, French, Middle Eastern, it was a giant mish-mash of humanity. All laughing together. Play breaks culture and judgments apart. That was very evident. My simple thought was that to stop war we needed to all play more together, in silly, childlike ways. We are all one in heart and spirit. Cultures come in and can create separation. Religions, even more so. Perhaps the answer is to not identify with either and join simply as a part of the vast color of humanity that is on this planet.
