Numerology/Astrology for 4/25/17
4/25/17 is the number 3. Yes,
somehow you got on this roller-coaster ride and many of you wish to get off of
it but that is not going to be possible. Your life is on a long ride so you
might as well get as comfortable as you can because we are going to be here a
while. Do your best to own the duality inside yourself so it does not add to
the toxic soup on the outside that is causing so much concern. You are in a moment
when the rise and fall of mania is very clear. Knowing how to handle that
energy is quite another thing. In such times, the easiest way through is to
find your own inner balance and peace. From there reach out and touch the world
in constructive ways.
The Moon is in Aries all day, aligning with Mercury and Uranus in the sign,
giving you a taste of the energy inside that is inventive and excited about the
shift in the energy of the upcoming Mercury-Uranus alignment that comes exact
on the 28th. Revelations about something in your past are on the horizon and
they can lead to new beginning in your life. You might crave instant results
today and you will want to be quick to react. Watch for mental circles today.
The Moon's trine to Saturn does help you focus. However, what you begin now you
may not finish, not only because of Aries' boredom with following through but
also because the Moon is Balsamic today with a New Moon occurring tomorrow
morning. You are symbolically in the dark at the moment so know that this is
normal for all big new beginnings. Remember that Mercury is still retrograde
until May 3, so ideas and plans will shift next month. Be flexible to change.

Working for the greater good when so many want to undermine that
greater good is slow and frustrating. But that is the way of it all right now
and there are moments when you feel as if you are putting a drop in a large
bucket that needs to fill an ocean. It seems like we are all living through the
treachery of the story of how Sisyphus got sent to Tartarus to be cursed to
roll the boulder up a hill, only to watch it roll back down again and again.
This story seems to have merit right now so I will repeat how Sisyphus got
relegated to Tartarus for an eternity of hell. Here it is.
Sisyphus promoted navigation and
commerce, but was avaricious and deceitful, violating the laws of hospitality
by killing travelers and guests. He took pleasure in these killings because
they allowed him to maintain his dominant position. He loved power, money, and
control over people and kindness. From Homer onwards, Sisyphus was famed as the
craftiest of men. He seduced his niece, took his brother's throne and betrayed
Zeus' secrets. Zeus then ordered Thanatos (Death personified) to chain Sisyphus
in Tartarus. Sisyphus slyly asked Thanatos to try the chains to show how they
worked. When Thanatos did so, Sisyphus secured them and threatened him. This
caused an uproar, and no human could die until Ares (who was annoyed that his
battles had lost their fun because his opponents would not die) intervened,
freeing Death and sending Sisyphus to Tartarus.
Tartarus' curse: Sisyphus had to
roll a huge boulder up a hill, only to watch it roll back down, and to repeat
this throughout eternity.
Just notice how this story relates
to your world, your life, or your reality. Awareness is the beginning of
awakened consciousness.
