Numerology/Astrology for 3/23/17
3/23/17 is the number 9. The number 9
calls out for you to look at what you need to do for a resolution and a
completion. Acceptance is completion, forgiveness if completion, telling the truth
is completion…..There are many ways to look inside to what you are holding onto
and see the suffering you are creating inside by not being in alignment with
truth. It takes extra energy to continue to hold onto illusions. Truth gives
you energy and calmness. Illusions create anxiety and stress. It is amazing to me
when I have realized how much of my life I was so addicted to the drama and the
world of speculation. There is a place were negative energy feeds upon itself.
But it never lasts. You cannot live off this kind of energy. That is where you
step into the place of maturity and objectively see yourself and your life with
calmer eyes. That allows peace to come into the mix and ground you into a place
of just “being”. There is so much less effort needed when you allow the truth
of who you are to be accepted and loved. Take the time today to love those
parts of yourself that you have disowned or rejected. All parts of yourself
must be taken into account and fully integrated in order to move beyond this
reality.
The Moon is in Aquarius all day. Mercury forms a square to Pluto today and is
nearing an opposition to Jupiter, creating a T-square configuration. You
require more breathing room to explore, get creative, and think freely. You
might too easily jump to conclusions, however, and your senses may be
overloaded to the point that you are nervous and paranoid. Mental anxiety or
troubles could manifest now. Attempts to push your ideas onto others too
intensely should be avoided. A Mars-Chiron semi-square adds some touchiness to
the mix. Assertion doesn't come naturally now. And a Moon-Mars square this
afternoon is rather volatile. These influences can pull up insecurities and
fears especially if you feel that you are not getting all the information you
need. You may also feel that your perception is also somehow lacking a total
picture. Because of that compulsive thinking is possible as you seek answers
that will not reveal themselves. Ideally, you learn more about your
vulnerabilities today and growth comes through looking objectively at your
reactions.

Quote
This is so relevant for me right now. I'm over the idea that
cutting people like a knife with your "knowledge" is righteous. I'm
slowly moving away from those who live this way.

know compassion is just hot wind…Compassion and wisdom are sisters, always
holding hands, going along together."

When you are suffering and you are not conscious of your
own suffering you cannot see the places that others are lying and masking their
own dysfunction with the “correct” words and energetic expression. Many of us
are “acting” to a greater and lesser degree. It is a survival instinct. There
are moments when you are scared but you need to appear confident. There are
moments when you are angry and it is not appropriate to lash out so you are
restrained and appear (on the outside) to be calm. It is these behaviors and
triggers that we have learned that often disguise the truth even from ourself.
If you are really good at “acting” you can even fool yourself That is why the
story of the dragonfly in the Medicine Cards is so interesting. I will share it
below.
Once upon a time there was a Dragon. This Dragon was powerful and it
could turn into anything it wanted. But it needed to do a particular protocol
because its illusions were so perfect that if it was not careful it would turn
into something and believe its own illusion so completely that it would forget
it was a Dragon. S,o one day the Coyote began teasing the Dragon relentlessly.
The Coyote kept saying, “I bet you can’t turn into this..I bet you can’t turn
into that..” When finally, the Coyote said, “I bet you can’t turn into something
as small as a dragonfly!” At which point the Dragon said, “I can so!” and poof,
turned into the dragonfly but totally forgot to do his protocol and completely forgot
he was a Dragon. Eons of time when by when suddenly the tiny dragonfly thought,
“I wonder if I am bigger than I think I am?” At which point a big Dragon foot
sprouted out of the bottom of the dragonfly. So, over time he remembered who he
was and returned himself to who he was originally, realizing how he had been caught
in his own illusion.
Life right now is offering up many illusions. Some are
real.. Some are not… The illusions that are not real have a quality (like a
dream) that something is off. And it is that off-ness that finally breaks you
out of the illusion and back into this reality.
