Numerology/Astrology
for 8/11/16
8/11/16 is the number 10. Today, the new
beginning and the power are to be found in your deep subconscious and the place
where you sleep. The awakening is designed to bring to your conscious mind the
things that you have been hiding in the dark corners of your body/mind. During
the day we cannot always process things because we have to be “appropriate” and
behave in socially acceptable ways. But that act of suppression is still
suppression. We think that control is being about to control our reaction to
circumstances and that is true to a certain extent. But there is type of
control that is more fluid and open. When you are allowed to feel something
fully even when you are behaving in the appropriate way you learn that you can
do both at the same time. That creates a huge new beginning when you live fully
in the moment and stay completely present. The Moon continues its transit of
Scorpio until 1:26 PM EDT when it enters Sagittarius, and tonight, the Moon
aligns with Mars in Sagittarius. The Moon in Sagittarius is free-spirited,
spontaneous, and direct. The desire to take action and the courage to do
something new or pioneering can be especially strong in the hours surrounding
the Moon's conjunction with Mars at 9:06 PM EDT. The need to address the
practical details and viability of your plans should set in by tomorrow when
the Moon aligns with Saturn. For now, excessive haste or rash behavior can
leave you vulnerable to accidents or injuries, but healthy risk-taking might
simply serve to enliven your day.

Quote
“In your dreams you discover where you are holding or hiding from certain
emotional states that you have not thoroughly processed. In your dreams is
where your angels and guides show you the suppressed wounding and give you a
chance for resolution without your conscious mind getting in the middle of it
all.

Blog
Last night I had a series of dreams and they were all about things that upset
me and trigger me. I awoke after each one so I could remember them and my
conscious mind could grapple with the emotions that were rising to the surface.
I love when the angels and guides do this because I recognized (in my 20’s)
that what I refused to feel during the day was being emotionally expressed in
my dreams at night. It was a huge awakening to recognize that if I don’t deal
with things consciously my unconscious is responsible for moving them through in
my dreams. What I resist during the day materializes as conflicts in my dreams.
Nightmares surface when you have repressed something for a very long time and
so when it finally is brought forward in your consciousness it is filled with
intensity that comes from long term suppression.
