Numerology/Astrology
for 7/18/16
7/18/16 is the number 7. This
number asks for you to take the time to look at your choices objectively from
the past and see how your carefully calculated choice went perhaps in a
different direction than you expected. Often we believe that we are carefully
looking at a situation in a reasonable way but later we recognize that the
choice was perhaps not as clear as you believed. Only later can you see your
attachment to a particular outcome from a slant that was also perhaps not
really noticed as part of your ego. Be reflective and discover the subtle ways
your egos agenda directs you in ways that bring you not to the goal but towards
an unexpected and sometimes unappreciated outcome. The mind can be your friend
but only when you understand the voice of your ego and how it speaks to you.
Your ego is not your high self. Your ego is always attached to a particular
slant from its own desire and wishes to prove itself right rather than show you
your highest self and ultimate goals. The Moon transits Capricorn all day. Your
sense of responsibility is stronger than usual and you want to aim for better
efficiency in most areas of life. Your view of life is more realistic. You tend
to value and demonstrate consistency. With the Sun in minor challenging aspect
to Neptune, you may struggle with your expectations or perceptions, which can
be clouded by wishful thinking. However, Mercury is moving towards a trine to
Saturn, exact early into the day tomorrow, and this influence encourages practical,
clear thinking. Conversations may be short but to the point. Manifestation and
achievement are what satisfy you the most today. With Mercury also in
challenging aspect to Chiron, you should watch how you communicate with
sensitivity, particularly in your personal relationships.

Grace comes from training the body and soul in the ways that bring control to
things that to others would seem impossible. It is the discipline and
repetition with an ever refining intent and an even more and more subtle
expression of the energy within the person that ignites a wonder and awe in the
observer. Grace comes from attention to every detail and bringing energy
through the mental concentration and intent that makes magic happen. Most of us
live in our body but do not have actual conscious control and the mental
discipline to feel into every cell, every movement, and every nuance. Because
of that we also loose an element of magic that is the potential when the human
body is valued as much as the mind. The human body gives each of you the
potential to create many wondrous things but most of us never fully understand
that gift or know how to work with it. It is the athletes, dancers, and
physical artists that show us something that we did not know was possible. It
opens us to the possibility of learning the mental control and discipline of
grace through repetition, strength, and intent.
