January 23rd is the number 6. With the number 6, you are being given a moment to go inside and look……really look at what is working and what is not. If you can calmly observe the obvious you will see that things are not working the way you thought and it is time to take action and shift some energies around. You want to break free but are you willing to be honest about where you hold back and don’t allow yourself to grow. You are being asked to tear down the old conventional beliefs. There is excitement that life is offering and you need to create some bold new identities. Is this really what you want to do in your life? Is that really where you want to go? What and who are you aligning with in your life, does that serve the evolving dream? Venus enters Capricorn today, where it will transit until February 16th. Venus in Capricorn is a cycle in which security and stability in your relationships becomes the focus. You become more cautious with your feelings and somewhat skeptical of both your own feelings and others' expressions of affection. Creating something with longevity feels important, as you want to leave your mark in the world. There is a formality to Capricorn that can make personal expressions seem awkward and forced but you can turn this into a place of honor and respect if you feel into the depth of others instead of your own discomfort. This cycle offers you the opportunity to consider some of the practical issues of your relations and to work on making your partnerships work in the real world. As you can tell, realism is the theme and can help you to feel more grounded and secure in the long run. The Moon moves from Cancer to Leo at 2:22 PM EST. A Full Moon occurs this evening in the sign of Leo. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time--a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships. The Leo Moon is proud and wants to shine as a unique individual. It is not content with simply being just one of the team. The Aquarius Sun, while individualistic as well, values independence and the "team". The Full Moon illuminates this conflict you may be feeling internally. This ends up hopefully letting you see that Yes, you can go for the love you want (Moon in Leo) but if you would just detach a bit from that you can go out and bring others into what you want and weave something very unique that might work for all. It is time to find those who are on a similar path for you to connect and grow with. You are looking for those with like mind and heart. The motto is that there are ways to connect all the dots but that means that you will have to disconnect from certain things in order to do that. Sometimes it is not about doing what you want to do it is about doing what will better the world and better your own life. That might mean that you have to do something that is out of the ordinary and stretch. The energy of being in the time of Aquarius is about being brave to take the risk and try new things. Sometimes you have to try another way. Sometimes you have to try the way of others, no matter if you want to do it or not because your way is really no longer working. The question being asked is, “How do you get the bigger picture?” And the answer is that you do something very different than what you have been doing. This Full Moon is supported by Uranus, helping you to break away from traditional ways of thinking and being, and encouraging great progress and growth. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic "illumination" occurs in your life. However, these new feelings and revelations are emotional ones, as there is a sense of emotions bursting forth into our consciousness. Be willing to break free. Be willing to go to the places that feel a bit radical. Be prepared for things to be very different than they have been. You have a lot of weaving to do to connect and get you to where you want to do.

Let go of that old self and the old way. Let go of that ego that keeps trying to get what it wants in a non-productive way. You know it is not working. You know that you are wasting precious energy trying to get the thing that the universe has clearly taken away at this time. Surrender willingly and allow the universe to show you something magical. When you surrender to the greater flow you will find what you heart is really looking for not what your head wants.
