Numerology/Astrology for 1/5/15 - Plus Personal Blog

Numerology/Astrology for 1/5/15

Today we are in the number 5. The number five shows the connection of five points creating a star-symbol of the feminine. The feminine energy is physical, vital, passionate, and earthy. This energy forces you to look at the reality that you are a sexual, passionate being who has needs and desires. This is often out of touch with your higher self ’s desire to stay in the lofty goals of consciousness. The “5” energy looks dense, dangerous, and chaotic to the higher values of your consciousness. This causes confusion within and forces you to accept your humanness and your denser drives that motivate and challenge. The number five forces you to become grounded and present in your physical body. You must learn to take care of the physical plane of existence and not deny it as a reality. The number five indicates that through learning how to struggle with physical reality, you become stronger and more able to adapt. The number five is associated with Pallas, the goddess who presides over Ether, or the 5th element of life. The number five is the union of odd and even (3 + 2 = 5). To Christians, five is the number of sacrifice and the number of the five wounds of Christ. The Brahmins speak of five attributes of men; form, perception, consciousness, action, and knowledge. The Moon is once again in Cancer all day, and emotional satisfaction is sought through comforting and familiar experiences. Mercury sextiles Saturn this afternoon, making it a strong time for getting organized, doing detail work, and making realistic plans with future security in mind. Work done now is more likely to have tangible results in the future. Even so, the Moon is void all day, and you might consider editing or working on projects already underway instead of new beginnings. Decisions made now may be well thought out, but be careful because you could be missing critical information.

Quote
I will allow space for all the feelings my heart holds. I will not cower or hide from myself. It’s okay to feel the ugly messy things. It’s okay to feel the burning brilliance of beauty. It’s okay to feel the soft winds of happiness and the quiet bursts of loneliness. Its okay to feel it all. It’s okay to be myself, all of myself, not just the good.

The older I get the more content I have become within myself. As a result of that I have learned to give myself more and more permission to simply feel what I feel and allow the pure expression of that to be beautiful, joyous, and vibrant. The more permission I give myself, the more freedom I feel and the more permission I can naturally give others. When I am okay with my emotions, I instantly become more generous and stable when others have theirs. When you get overwhelmed by someone else’s emotions that is just an indicator that you have not yet accepted and learned to love that particular reflection within yourself.
