Numerology/Astrology for 1/31/15
Today is the number 4. The number 4 is associated with the
Emperor card in Tarot so it is time to claim your territory but in a conscious,
peaceful, and balanced way. You may feel that the opposite is happening and you
are instead feeling as if you do not have control over your reality. Planning
is on the board and rather than feel at the whims of fate you will want to have
a constructive, realistic, and cautious way of moving through this day. Just remember
slow and steady wins the race. There are moments to push but this a moment to
be consistent rather than to rush. It is time to create a firm foundation and
to stand by your work. The Moon leaves Gemini at 2:09 AM EST, when it enters
Cancer. The emotional, protective Cancer Moon harmonizes with both Venus and
Neptune - planets that are nearing a conjunction, exact tomorrow. Romantic
energy is what you are feeling but with this afternoon's Mars-Chiron alignment
in Pisces, there is a little more edge to the day. You might feel a sense of
mission or some fearlessness when it comes to addressing problem areas in your
life, particularly related to emotions and attachments. There is a drive to
take positive action, possibly to defend or help others (or yourself). This
conjunction gives a more purposeful feel to the day - you are not only in
strong touch with your feelings and you want to do something about them.

Quote
Be patient with sadness. Let
it come closer, let it engulf you if it must. Until there is no division
between 'self' and 'sadness'. Until you cannot call it 'sadness' at all. Until
there is only intimacy. Sadness keeps you soft and flexible. It reminds you,
when you have forgotten, of the beautiful fragility underneath all things. In
the softness of the heart lies its capacity to love. Sadness is not the
opposite of joy, but its gateway.

There are moments when you find a quote that explains your
life’s karma and journey. For me this one touches deeply. In numerology I am
karmically challenged to understand grief and sadness that has been caught in
my energy field from past lives and present situations. In a normal day as a
psychic I deal with many who are going through many things that are traumatic,
emotional, challenging, and stressful. But I can also see the places where
others emotional pain touches me deeply. My journey to help others has
naturally brought me to have to go even more deeply into my own sadness.
Acceptance of what you are feeling especially sadness has acted like a meat
tenderizer in my psychology and personal philosophy. Being willing to move into
sadness rather that habitually move away from it and go into defensiveness and avoidance
forces a softening and a deepening of all things in your body. There is such a
human beauty to deep emotions and feelings.
