Numerology/Astrology
for 9/5/18
9/5/18 is the number 7. The number 7 brings again
the questions up about the structures that you need in place in your life for
things to run smoothly. While that sounds simple, it is often more complicated
than it seems. Our country up to this point has had amazing infrastructure to
help make life simpler. But to keep them up to snuff you have to continue to
upgrade and improve on those systems. After all, more and more people continue
to populate this planet and so there have to be systems that allow for ways
that support getting rid of trash and keeping water systems clean. But the
number 7 calls you to do what you can do personally to make a difference also.
You know there are things you can do right now that could help in small ways,
but you forget. Today, do the steps that mindfully help you become more
consistent in staying on patterns that on a daily basis help this world and the
environment. Put those reusable grocery bags in your car in the passenger front
seat, so you have them and can see them. Minimize plastic use. And properly get
rid of the things you no longer need. Simplify, sort, and let go of things.
More is not better. More is a symptom of the need to fill up emotional and
spiritual empty spaces inside your soul.

Astrology
Today
Do your best to take things a bit easier and to just let things happen.
There are opportunities that are underway even if you cannot yet see shifts
externally. There at least hangs still in the astrology the desire to get along
if you allow the flow to happen.
Things that are hard to express are somewhat easier
to convey to others at the moment. Follow your instincts and you will find the
doorway through to understanding.
You will notice those that love you and great
friendships that have lasted the test of time and appreciate them in a whole
new light.
Any instinct you have to push, take a breath instead
and wait for the barrier to melt away. Patience is more powerful today than
attitude.
Over the next few weeks you will discover that
people will seem to want all the details of a situation whether you have them
or not. You may just need to stick to the plan and that will allow the details
to emerge more gracefully.
Become aware of where you are clinging or
controlling. Then recognize that you might just be afraid and choose to let go
and allow the universe to unfold the next chapter. Tread lightly on the earth
today because there are some emotionally tricky moments to navigate.
Feelings and logic continue to crash against each
other. What people can figure out how to say may not clearly represent what
they are feeling inside. Listen and then feel underneath the words before
responding.
While everyone wants definite answers they may prove
to be illusive.
This touchy place where you overreact to negativity
or criticism continues to be a heightened emotional response. Recognize that
you feel at odds with another but that does not mean you need to feel insecure
about your position. It just means that you need to understand others also.
While there is a strong desire to do good in the
world and to honor our own inner moral code, remember that there are things
that you have to learn to let go of also.
Know that there are issues that have been simmering
below the surface that threaten to break out. Intensity in relationships is
clearly up. Let the tension subside before saying anything.
Because of this, expressing anger is really not
going to go anywhere. It is time to take your expectations of what others are
capable of down a notch. Instead be precise, keep to the plan, and organize
past the emotional drama.

I
love this quote by Socrates, “Beware the barrenness of a busy life.”
In
our world we see busyness as an expression of self-importance. Or as an
avoidance to others demanding more of us. If we are busy, then there are things
we are doing in the world that take precedence over spending time with others.
If we are busy we cannot add in more things, so we have a reason for taking our
personal time without others judging or demanding things from us. But a busy
life is a barren one. When you do not take the time and effort to cultivate
deep friendships you find (as you get older) that there is no one to connect
with. Friendships take time and effort. Connection comes from experiences and
shared moments. If you never allow in those moments you do not have strong
connections that in times of trouble that you can pull on for help and support.
If you never took the time to care about the lives of others in favor that
yours was more special and important, then you cannot count on others caring
when you might need the support. Today, turn that boat around and reach out to
connect with someone that you really care about and begin to cultivate those
connections that give life depth, friendship, love, and meaning. You will be
happier, laugh more, and find more peace with less over-thinking.
