Numerology/Astrology
for 8/3/18
8/3/18 is the number 4. The number 4 reminds you to
stay as balanced as possible as we go into the multiple retrograde planet
phase. Miscommunications abound even with this Master of Communication, the
number 4. You might feel like you are trying to deal with a type of
conversational free-for-all. What is so frightening is the number of people
that are really in a perceptual bubble that is so hateful and wants to create
chaos and mayhem, so they feel justified in their distorted prejudices. I never
thought this country would be in this place, but it shows that when issues are
pushed down and hidden, they fester. Eventually, they become a very dangerous,
toxic mix whose only intention is to kill the host. In this case, The American
Dream. I am not sure how to shift this energy. My concern is that it will get
worse before it gets better. And that impacts all of us in very hard ways. Keep
communication lines open with those you love. Know that we are in very
interesting times and from the ashes of this pattern I believe that something
wonderful will eventually emerge. Only from your own center of balance can you
navigate such “bucking broncos” of intensity.

Astrology
Today
I feel like I need to give a heads up about the
upcoming weekend.
The overall feeling is one of wanting to connect to
others but finding that there is a degree of impatience and aggravation because
of all the planets in retrograde or going retrograde. It creates a type of
internal strain, one that needs to be countered with a great deal of compassion
and connection to a higher plane than the one you are currently living in.
It is a great time for projects and getting things
consolidated in ways that make you feel like a clearing of energy is supporting
a new level of inner stability in an unpredictable world. There is great
satisfaction in the projects that are completed this weekend. It also might be
time to commit to a stronger health routine for yourself while you are dealing
with all these grounded domestic issues.
Old love relationships might surface for a moment
and that can make an already stressed time more unsettling. Be aware of old
conflicts coming to the surface again. Do your best to not react. While old
stories love to filter the present moment with the pain of the past it is not a
good idea to allow that to continue. Do your best to see the person as they are
now. Notice their evolution and do your best to not obsess and to show great
restraint.
It takes time to heal old wounds. Expect a weekend
of learning to direct energy in another way rather than in the direction of all
that pain you have been holding onto.
Just know that it is going to be difficult to share
or even figure out how to blend energies with others. Differences become more
obvious than expected. People from your past may almost not be recognizable. So
do not over-reach to attempt to make the connection. Let the disconnect just
sit there peacefully and allow it to be clearly in the space. Do not try to
make it better. Do not try to stop the discomfort. Recognize the shift,
acknowledge that shift. See what is positive about it, and don't make their
choices and decisions about you. Everyone is on their own path to awakening.
Often those we love, have had to take pathways that are clearly not familiar to
you at all. They will seem almost foreign and the tendency is to judge before
understanding. That would be a mistake in this moment. Just sit in that
discomfort that you feel and know that they are potentially on a path that is
not one of yours. And that clarity is where you recognize that at this time in
your life, your path between you and this person need to diverge. You cannot
walk a path that is not yours to walk. You cannot follow another when your path
clearly is going another way. There is no right or wrong. There is only what is
in this moment. Know that you and that soul are always doing the best that you
can to awaken to your full glory and potential. All paths are sacred and all
paths lead to "Home".

Quote
When you hold on,
you believe in a past
that is dead and gone.
When you let go,
you believe that a future
exists and that you are
finding your way to
a better reality.
