Pain is a friend if you allow it to show you the attachment you are relentlessly hanging onto that no longer serves the evolution of your true self. Pain is the energy that shows you that something is no longer supposed to be in your reality. In life, windows open and windows close. We each come into each other’s lives to give the gifts we agreed to give but when we have done what was agreed to do, we often have to move on because each of us also have our own journey are karma to deal with. Nothing is permanent in life. Learning that life is about constant change is essential to finding peace in the shifts in the tides of life.
