Astrologically we have a few things working for us in July. On July 7^th we have the stars creating mental overdrive that can cause some stubborn, negative energy to happen but at the same time some very deep thinking could also occur. Expect to have some challenging and intensely stuck emotions get in your way as you try to uncover truth from the fiction. Try to not over react and recognize that this might be a moment when you need to heed the call to freedom.

On July 11^th there will be lively and energetic discussions that may trigger some sudden inspirations and also some overtly honest responses. Remember to be kind.

Venus going into Leo on July 12^th and that is going to make things more playful and fun. Suddenly there is a light inside you that wants to be seen, have fun, and allow for exploration. It might be very interesting if you use this aspect in the sexual realms. Leo is a childlike, enthusiastic sign. Venus, (the goddess of love) will bring out your inner flirt making things very va-va-voom during its transit in Leo. Expect things to get stirred up and excitement to be the driving force from the middle of July through till the end.

We are still navigating Neptune retrograde and that is making your intuition heightened and your awareness to notice things below the surface clear and insightful. Just remember to not shove the truth as you see it under the carpet. This might make you have to pull someone aside and ask an underlying question. This may be uncomfortable but it is better to find out the truth than wait too long because when Neptune goes direct in November, hiding from the truth could come back to haunt you.

Mercury is also going to enter Leo on July 13^th and lets just say it is going to be a great time for socializing and connecting with those you love. You are going to feel warm hearted and generous with your words and that special connection with others is back. You will find that being with people will be very interesting because everyone will be paying more attention to all conversations.

On the 19^th of July there is a full Moon in Capricorn so expect to get pulled in two directions and you might have a hard time making a decision.

The Sun enters Leo on July 22^nd and as we turn into the hottest time of the year and there is a great deal of warmth and social interactions to be enjoyed. On July 29^th Mercury Squares Mars making arguments likely and Uranus goes retrograde till late December making all plans have to go back to the drawing board. Just be prepared that things will not go as smoothly as you wish. At least the details will be easier to deal with and very intense but solid discussions will bring clarity to some critical issues.

The cards also reflect the blend of fear and fighting. It is a month of looking squarely at the dualities in your life. Where you want power, you will need patience. Where you want grounding, you will need to find others who are willing to participate from a place of heart understanding and feeling the truth being uncovered in the projections. It is best to be as transparent as possible because there is a strong feeling to want to protect and defend your position on many things. Just remember that others may or may not share in your enthusiastic truth. Accept that life at this time is in a place of extreme emotions and many will not be behaving rationally. You have to find creative solutions to the situations that are still bothering you. You have to create a structure that will allow a new space to open in your life. Often that means you are letting old patterns and behaviors go and allowing a void to be empty. It is always best to let the universe fill the emptiness than you decide what you think you want. There are many obstacles ahead but you cannot look that far into the future because so many things are changing and what you thought you wanted you may not actually desire to put the time and energy into now. You only have to look at what is presenting each day and do what is obviously right in front of you. Then do that.

The beginning of the month of July is the most conflicted and the most controversial. The good news is that as the season warms up so will the emotions and a better disposition will unfold naturally if you allow it to just be.
