Numerology/Astrology for 5/1/16

5/1/16 is the number 6. The number 6 is asking us again to back up and take another look at what you need from an internal level compared to what your mind tells us or your ego tells you from an outward level. Things in life have to be aligned with all the levels of reality to crack open and move smoothly. If you are out of alignment with something on an internal level and you want the external to validate your internal weakness, it will fail miserably. It is all about being congruent internally first and then allow the external to show you that you have the alignment you seek. The Sun forms a sextile with Neptune this morning, and you have better access to your imagination and intuition. What feels like serendipity experienced now may actually have to do with a good sense of timing and feeling in synch. You are more generous and charitable with your time and energy. You are able to see people and situations from a different perspective--one that allows for, and finds beauty in, differences. Charitable acts can be satisfying. This is a good time for self-improvement programs or efforts. Instinctual judgment is enhanced under this influence. The Moon continues its transit of Aquarius until 10:34 AM EDT, when it enters Pisces. The Pisces Moon is compassionate, sensitive, giving, and perceptive at its best and noncommittal when challenged.

If the internal and external in your life are not in alignment things will not work. In this case back off the external expectation and look to the internal place that is sabotaging your reality. Your internal may not be strong enough yet to hold that place in a calm and clear fashion. Many stars have had a peak moment in a film but have been unable to hold and maintain that star power and expectation over time because the external did not match the internal. Finding that balance so you can move with comfort is a difficult pattern to maintain.

I am always amazed at the expectations and demands that my ego can make on my situation. The things in my life are given value not by what my ego wants or expects but by what others see as that value. People will give almost anything they have to be in the presence of authenticity. But you cannot tell them that value. It is the world that dictates what that value is. That does not mean that a person does not have much more value than the external world may perceive because each person is worth more than anyone can pay. But it is what someone sees as that value to them in that moment. That is why sometimes it takes time for what you are creating to find its value. You give the gift and then over time others see more and more the value that you have given them and the word spreads out to others. Then there becomes a consensus as to what that value is and that becomes the price. My father told me something years ago. He said, “No company can actually give you the money that you are worth.” It is up to you to find a way to know that you have value and give that value regardless of if others see it or not. Over time as eyes and hearts open, others will see that value and know the gift that you are.
