Numerology/Astrology for 9/21/15 - Plus Personal Blog

Numerology/Astrology for 9/21/15
September 21st is the number 2. Look at the places where you hold yourself to a place that no longer serves you. Look at your own flawed duality that you do out of habit. It is time to let something go that keeps pulling you out of proper alignment with your essential core. Let it go. Let it flow. Discover your expansive self in the emptiness. Trust that this space is going to fill with your potential not what your ego wants. You can resolve the conflict with choice. Do not let your mind pull you into another place. Early today, Mercury forms a semi-square with Saturn, and you may be seeing flaws in your recent projects, or experiencing delays with your communications or with transportation. This energy is best used for focusing on fixing errors rather than harping on how irritating they are! A First Quarter Moon occurs at 5:00 AM EDT, with the Sun in late Virgo forming a square with the Moon in late Sagittarius. There is a crisis theme surrounding any quarter Moon phase, as you feel compelled to take action. Shortly after, you are made aware of how your actions affect those close to you, perhaps through trial and error. Whatever project or initiative you began around the New Moon is now off the ground, and it may face its first obstacles. The Moon enters resourceful Capricorn at 8:33 AM EDT, stimulating a stronger focus on performance.

Yesterday I went to a Buddhist Dakini Empowerment in Arcada California. It was the first time it has been offered in the United States and it has been very interesting. I love ritual and tradition. Those things are tools to focus your intention. After the empowerment we were supposed to have a dream and we were supposed to pay attention to the dream and mine was that I was going to need to slow down a bit more than I have. Aging is an interesting thing. You notice the body making a choice and a series of decisions for you and years ago I moved to California and in all honesty, I slowed down for probably the first time in my life. It felt good and enjoyable. But it seems it is time to slow down again. Perhaps it is time to go back to more writing and putting ideas to paper. Regardless it will be interesting to see what evolves. Today take a look at your own person places where you overdo, over-indulge, and pull yourself out of an organic alignment with your highest self.

The redwoods are our perfect example of aging gracefully, and the perfect place to do it for ourselves. We spend our early lives gathering wisdom and our latter years sharing it. Please put your wisdom on paper, but selfishly I ask you not to forget your blog. Welcome to the woods.

Suzanne- I grew up with my backyard being a redwood forest. I moved away from them several times but never had the peace that I have when I am near them. I hope to die with them around me. Growing to such astounding heights over many hundreds of years, they have surprisingly shallow roots, and are able to water their huge masses with the fog through their needles. I lament the days when they could live in the rain forest environment of my childhood with lush ferns, tiger lilies and trilliums underneath. I have concluded that remaining upright must require of them a perfect balance, and I wonder if they have had other cycles of many years when the air was not full of water as it is now.
