Numerology/Astrology for 3/30/15
Today we are in the number 5 and it is all about the earth,
our connection to the earth and how to give back to the earth. When you are
awake and in touch with your true nature you cannot help but to want to serve
and show compassion to all of life. Those that are cruel to animals and life
and lacking that connection to their own heart and have lost touch with their
true nature within. We are all connected. When you harm something in nature it
has a ripple effect across many levels of life. It is also about how you honor
life. As Dr. Joseph Campbell said, “Life is about consuming or being consumed.”
Understand that we are all dependent on other living things for our life and
well-being. But you can respect and honor that at the same time. Today, honor
what the earth has given to you. Honor that to survive you have to consume
other life. Respect the balance. Respect all that have sacrificed so you can
have this experience on earth. The Moon is in Leo all day. Yippie! Creativity
blossoms and this pattern will tend to make you feel more romantic and generous
with your feelings. You will take pride in your work and accomplishments.
Shortly into the day, Venus forms a trine with Pluto, pointing to a strong time
for finances and for relationships. Your feelings are intense and impassioned
but not in an offensive or destructive way. The need to share on deeper levels
is strong now. A spiritual regeneration through love is possible. You are more
strategic in your approach and can see the value of being patient. New insight
into business and personal relationships may be had now. Mercury enters Aries
today, where it will transit until April 14th. During this cycle you will feel
less concerned with objective viewpoints and explanations, and more concerned
with reaching a decision...quickly! Your thoughts and ideas are pioneering, and
you tend to speak more spontaneously and directly with the planet of
communication in bold and assertive Aries.

I am getting ready to leave for two weeks to Utah and we
have been invaded by hummingbirds. It is so lovely! We must have 20 plus flying
all around. I put out 3 feeders and they have finally learned to work together
and sit on the perches without too much fuss. I now have my husband to do the
assignment of keeping the feeders going. He is being a great sport about it. As
we shift the ecology because of our presence it is important to give back to
the wildlife in ways that make an impact. This last year we had two
hummingbirds that never left at all. They are supposed to go to Mexico but the
weather patterns have changed so much that they did not feel the need to head
south. I checked with the experts in this area on such things and they said
that hummingbirds were going further north than they ever have on the west
coast and to keep feeders up until you do not see any for two weeks. Then take
them down. Well that never happened. And now we are the one stop fill up place
for the birds going through. They have been tanking up for a few days and then
the next round comes in and one group leaves. I can tell because of the variety
of colors. My favorite is the one male with a gold head. He was here with his
group and then took off further north. He always shows up heading the other way
in the fall. Nature is marvelous.
